Founder & Lead Psychotherapist, Sloane Psychotherapy

Andrea Abraham

For nearly three decades, I have worked with individuals navigating high levels of responsibility, performance, and visibility, as well as those facing quieter but equally complex personal challenges. While some of my work has taken place within high-profile environments, my focus has always been the same: understanding the person behind the role.

I am also the founder of the MetaMind Method®, a trademarked therapeutic framework developed through years of integrative work combining psychotherapy and neuroscience. It reflects an ongoing exploration of how conscious and unconscious processes shape the way we think, feel, and live.

I have been invited into the locked rooms of the mind — the inner chambers where fear, shame, and unmet needs hold you hostage. There, we turn toward what was avoided, name it, and unbolt the door. In that space, walls come down, patterns reveal themselves, and real transformation begins.

This is therapy for the brave. It is raw, deep, and oriented toward the unconscious; it transcends quick fixes in favour of profound, durable change. Drawing on Jungian Analysis, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic principles, and advanced neuroscience from my studies at Yale and Harvard, we work with the 95% of the mind that operates beyond conscious awareness. By uncovering the unseen forces that shape your choices, we dismantle what no longer serves you and reconnect you to the most authentic expression of who you are.

My approach is discreet, highly personalised, and results-driven. Confidentiality is absolute; I am bound by the highest legal and ethical standards, with NDAs available where required. What happens in our sessions never leaves the room.

Real change begins when you are fully seen and fully met. Together, we create the conditions for that freedom — and the courage to live it.
